Who We Are

We create iconic destinations that will set your project apart from any other in the world.

Constructed Ground Landscape Architecture partners with Architects and Developers in the hospitality industry to create profitable and iconic properties.

Our focus is designing authentic and experiential site amenities that will differentiate you and attract customers from all over the world!

We leverage our own signature process to minimize common development risks and provide efficient and aligned design.

…Do you want to increase the time (and $$) that your guests spend on your property?

…Would you like to reduce your site maintenance costs?

…Are you lacking some amenities that would make your property more desirable than your competitors? Or that would allow you to reach a new demographic?

…Are you looking to create a more environmentally friendly project?

…Do you have a waterfront property that is affected by sea level rise?

…Do you want your project to improve the environment that surrounds it?

Our design process enables us to tackle the most complex and time-sensitive design issues quickly and effectively in order to keep your project moving forward.

We work with clients from project genesis all the way through construction in order to vision, shape, and realize your project.

Office Muse

Zoey is an award winning Olde English Bulldog who’s happiest when chasing the mailman, carrying a stick 4x as large as she is, or snoring in a comfortable spot in the sun. She enjoys hiking in the woods and going down slides – keeping the child in all of us alive. After a good romp, she prefers to sleep and drool directly on the couch, rather than on the blanket that is on the couch for her. Zoey reminds us all to accept nothing less than the best and if you can’t reach your toy, demand help.
